Bronte Restaurant and Bar, London
in 2016 we were invited to design the planting for the dining terrace at the new bar and restaurant, Bronte on The Strand, designed by Tom Dixon. The planting was designed to be evergreen with interesting structural foliage and texture, with an element of height to allow the guests a sense of privacy when dining outside. The bright pink concrete planters were moveable so automatic irrigation was not possible, therefore the planting needed to be able to withstand semi dry conditions. The interior planting also consisted of architectural arching palms to form a connection with the exterior space.
The planting was designed for Tom Dixon Studio for Harris Murray-Wicks.
